Gut-Healing Smoothie Recipe

Bone Building Juice Recipe

1/2 avocado
2 cups spinach
1 cup cabbage
2 cucumbers

DIRECTIONS:

Add spinach, cabbage and cucumbers to vegetable juicer. Add avocado and juice in blender and mix together on lowest setting.
Consume immediately.

Ginger Licorice Tea

• 2 quarts water

• ¼ cup licorice root

• 1 finger's length fresh ginger, sliced, not peeled

Instructions:

Fill a pot with 2 quarts of water

Add licorice and ginger

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes

Pour through a fine mesh strainer into mugs

Serve
Serves: 8

Tranquil Tea

Ingredients:

4 parts chamomile

2 parts lemon grass

2 parts rose petals

Directions:

Add all the herbs to a glass jar and shake
until they are completely mixed.
Use one teaspoon of tisane for a single serving (about 8 oz).
Add your desired amount to a tea strainer or teapot. Cover
with boiling water a let steep for at least 5 minutes or up to10.
Add a touch of raw honey or a tiny pinch of stevia for a hint
of sweetness to bring out the flavors.

Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients:

8 cups watermelon

4 lemons, juice from

1 cup strawberries

Agave (to taste, you will probably not need it if your fruit is ripe

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

For a great treat, freeze some in ice cube trays and use instead of ice to cool down your drink without diluting it!
