Name one thing youโ€™re grateful for today. Then keep reminding yourself of it.

Spend a few minutes today concentrating on your breathing. Itโ€™ll help calm your mind and nervous system.

Skip past the negativity today on your social media feed. Read only positive posts.

Go a step further and start following โ€œgood newsโ€ like Upworthy or the Good News Movement.

Start the day by writing down your daily intentions. Itโ€™s a great way to set yourself up for success.

Smile, even if itโ€™s under your mask. Youโ€™ll feel better for it.

Get outside. Breathe in. Release the stress. If you canโ€™t get outside, do it inside.

Reach out to someone who makes you feel happy. If itโ€™s not possible in person, reach out virtually. Life is built around community, connection and collaboration.

Show kindness to someone today. It can be as simple as sending a text or making a phone call.

Believe in yourself. You are more than worthy. Embrace the spirit of the season.
