Your 12 Days of Giving are Here! Start the season off right with your daily inspiration.            

Pay it forward, whether it be a compliment or paying for someone’s coffee in the drive-through.

Name one thing you’re grateful for today. Then keep reminding yourself of it.

Spend a few minutes today concentrating on your breathing. It’ll help calm your mind and nervous system.

Skip past the negativity today on your social media feed. Read only positive posts.

Go a step further and start following “good news” like Upworthy or the Good News Movement.

Start the day by writing down your daily intentions. It’s a great way to set yourself up for success.

Smile, even if it’s under your mask. You’ll feel better for it.

Take a few minutes to move. Walk around the block, up and down the stairs, whatever works.

Get outside. Breathe in. Release the stress. If you can’t get outside, do it inside.

Reach out to someone who makes you feel happy. If it’s not possible in person, reach out virtually. Life is built around community, connection and collaboration.

Show kindness to someone today. It can be as simple as sending a text or making a phone call.

Believe in yourself. You are more than worthy. Embrace the spirit of the season.
