Brain Tonic Herbal Tea Formula

Ingredients: 

  • 3 parts tulsi basil
  • 2 parts mint
  • 1.5 parts eleutherococcus
  • 1.5 parts gotu kolu
  • 1 part rosemary
  • .5 part cardamom
  •  .5 parts cinnamon

Preparation:
Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Pour boiling water over 1 TBLSP of herbal tonic tea. Steep for 15 minutes and drink.
