Stress is all around us these days as the world begins to open up and the pandemic starts to slowly settle. We are all stepping into the outside world ever so gently. The key is to remain as grounded and calm as you can. Each one of us is trying to find a balance that works for us within the walls of our world. Remember we are all doing the absolute best we can at any given time. Be patient. Walk slowly. Most importantly, be gentle and LOVE yourself. 💕

I have prepared a Calming Daytime Herbal Tea recipe for you that you can sip on when feeling stressed or anxious. This can be drunk either cold or hot. 🍵

Calming Daytime Herbal Tea

Ingredients

  • Chamomile .5 oz
  • Fennel .5 oz
  • Mint .5 oz
    Passionflower .5 oz
  • Schisandra Berry .25 oz
  • Lemon Balm .25 oz
  • Rose Hips .5 oz
  • Marshmallow .12 oz

Preparation: Heat 12 oz of water and pour over 1 TBLSP of herbs; steep for 12 to 15 minutes.

Taste: Bittersweet with minty flavor

🌱Take some deep breaths and slowly sip in a relaxing environment. Think calming thoughts. Enjoy and savor each sip.
