Calming Herbal Tea for Holidays

Don’t forget to take care of your nervous system during this busy time of year. Stay on track with your foods, exercise, meditations, sleep and gratitude.  Here is an herbal tea that will help you stay calm and grounded during the day.

Chamomile .5 oz
Fennel .5 oz
Passiflora .5 oz
Mint .5 oz
Rose Hips .25 oz
Lemonbalm .25 oz
Schisandra berries .25 oz

Preparation: 1 TBLSP dried herbs in 1 quart of hot water; steep 20 minutes
Drink 1 quart daily
