Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours during business days unless otherwise notified via e-mail. If the order falls on a weekend or holiday day, the order will ship on the next business day. If the product is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail with a paid invoice as soon as possible as to when the ship date will be based on the product delivery to Simple Health, Inc.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Shipments are sent via USPS so shipments can be sent to PO Boxes based on the shipment method chosen .
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Shipment confirmation is sent out as soon as the packaging and shipment have been completed. A tracking number can be sent at the request of the customer. Please put this in the notes section of the order when placing order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Simple Health, Inc.is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Simple Health, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. A picture of the damaged goods and packaging must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for Simple Health, Inc. to file a claim with the shipper.
International Shipping Policy
Simple Health, Inc. does not ship product Internationally due to customs clearance of shipping supplements and herbs internationally.
