Simple Recipes for Soup, Teas, and Bath Salts

While the winter solstice has passed and we are beginning to experience more daylight, we are also coming in to the coldest time of year.  It is the peak time for colds and flu, and can feel bone-chillingly frigid.  Holistic care centers on more than just physical health concerns.  It also involves the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellness, and the ultimate goal is total healing and “wholeness” for each individual.  As we continue with our theme of self-care this month, we want to remind you how important it is to nourish yourself each day.  Something as simple as a bowl of hot, healthy soup, a cup of natural hot tea, or even a soak in the tub with organic bath salts can soothe the aching body and soul, and offer hope that all will be well.

To that end, here are some recipes for you to try.
