Sweet Digestive Herbal Tea

  • 3 TBLSP Chamomile
  • 5 TBLSP Marshmallow Root
  • 5 TBLSP Slippery Elm
  • 5 TBLSP Licorice Root
  • 1 TBLSP Fennel
  • 1 TBLSP Turmeric Root
  • 1 TBLSP Anise Seed
  • 1 TBLSP Orange Peel

Preparation: Place 1 TBLSP of herbs in 1 quart of boiling hot water; steep 5 to 6 minutes

Drink this delicious tonic herbal tea 15 minutes prior to eating or immediately following a meal to help balance the digestive system and eliminate digestive upset like gas and bloating.
